Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Bartender to craft exceptional beverages and create memorable guest experiences through creativity, genuine hospitality, and personalized service.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Deliver personalized guest service to enhance guest satisfaction
• Recommend beverages based on guests’ preferences and tastes
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area in accordance with hotel standards
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient bar operations and high service standards

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in South Korea
• Associate's degree or higher

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

• Bartending experience in a luxury hotel

• Available for basic conversation in Korean

• Strong knowledge of alcoholic beverages and beverage preparation techniques

• communication skills and a guest-oriented service mindset

•  Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
