Job Description:

Essentia Health’s Ambulatory Care Athletic Trainers deliver comprehensive patient care, including evaluation, education, treatment, consultation, and related services, in collaboration with and under the supervision of a physician.

Athletic training program graduate

Key Responsibilities:

Provides services to patients ranging from adolescents to geriatrics in an ambulatory setting to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of Essentia Health.
Provides patient care activities under the direct supervision of a physician including; evaluation and assessment, education, treatment and consultation services, and related patient care services. Will perform identified procedures for which competencies have been demonstrated.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

Registered by Board of Medical Practice per state guidelines.
Certification in CPR.
NATA board certification (BOC) and the appropriate state licenses.
Current state registration in appropriate state.
