In this role, you won't just support the Facilities & Estate Management division; you will be the brain behind our operational excellence. You will lead the periodic review and modernization of procedures, budget planning, and cost-norming with a heavy focus on digitalization and data-driven decision-making. From overseeing tendering processes to monitoring KPIs and utility management, you will ensure JTC’s facilities management is both robust and future-ready. • Strategic Budgeting & Cost Governance:   You will manage the division’s budget planning and develop standardized cost norms for FM services. Your work ensures that spending   remains   efficient and that our tendering and awarding processes are grounded in robust   financial data.

  • Performance & Utility Optimization:   You will   be responsible for   the monitoring of   KPIs and utilities management across JTC’s portfolio.   You will analyze consumption patterns and performance metrics to ensure our estate management targets are consistently met.

  • Strategic Management Reporting:   You will translate operational data into high-level reports for management. By providing clear visibility into budget health, utility trends, and KPI progress, you will enable senior leadership to make informed,   timely   decisions for the division.

  • You should be a team player, self- driven   and able to work independently under pressure and within tight deadlines.

  • You should have at least 2 years of relevant   working   experience.
