Description of Work

Lead a mission‑driven team dedicated to strengthening quality and outcomes across North Carolina’s behavioral health and developmental disability service system. You’ll manage a team of data analysts and supporting staff, coordinate complex evaluation and quality initiatives, and foster shared learning across the Division and the statewide service network. Your work will shape how data is gathered, interpreted, and used to strengthen operations and improve outcomes for individuals with mental health needs, developmental disabilities, substance use disorders, and traumatic brain injury.
