Assistant Manager - Key Accounts
Role: Key Accounts Executive, Ecom
Location: Gurgaon
Responsibilities:
- Achieving Sales target basis ICP plans
- Sales and Stock forecast to be shared with Customer
- Ensuring Visibility of Nestle Products on customer portal
- Work with Seller ecosystem to develop logistic solutions to drive down costs, manage inventory levels and customer fill rates.
- Customer Management Develop win-win relationships with retailers. Channelize Customer investments towards achievement of JBP objectives.
- Managing Customer expectations by organizing Frequent interactions on monthly / quarterly plans.
- Recommending uplift and drive campaigns as per agreed activity calendar.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on driving actionable insights (hands on knowledge of Excel is must).
- Proven expertise in strategic account management
