The Senior Recruitment Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for complex and technical roles within a fast-paced Chinese telecommunications company. This role oversees the complete selection lifecycle—from opening job requisitions, profiling requirements, and sourcing candidates to negotiating job offers and conducting onboarding. Key priorities include stakeholder management, interview translation support, and regular status reporting.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full talent acquisition process, including requisition alignment, candidate sourcing, job posting, compensation offer structuring, and final onboarding.

• Sourcing Strategy: Utilize local recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gupy, Catho) to identify and attract top talent for specialized technical positions.

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, serving as a key advisor throughout the selection process.

• Interview Support & Reporting: Assist with real-time translation during interviews with international stakeholders and provide recruitment updates and pipeline reports to leadership.

Requisitos e qualificações

• Must have completed a bachelor’s degree
• With at least 3 years of s olid background in end-to-end recruitment for complex technical roles in fast-paced environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Brazilian recruitment platforms (Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter, Catho).
• Advanced English proficiency
• Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is preferred.
• Prior experience in Chinese multinational companies is desirable.
