Meet the Team

Commercial Finance partners closely with Sales and key supporting internal stakeholders to help win business, build new revenue streams, and support new/emerging business models, while remaining profitable and compliant. In this position as an Americas Commercial Finance Leader, you will manage a team of professionals supporting the US Commercial Theater.

You will play a critical role in structuring deals, managing the complex non-standard deal process, and negotiating contracts as a trusted advisor to Sales and Finance Controllers. You demonstrate good judgment and discretion to ensure Cisco optimizes margin and effectively mitigates risk while remaining commercially competitive in a dynamic business environment. Being highly motivated, a self-starter, working independently, and thinking critically are critical attributes. The role may involve customer-facing interactions to build partnerships and provide Finance representation in critical negotiations as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor.
