AI Forward Deployment Engineer – Agentic Solutions  

Experience: 5-10+ Years | Employment Type: Full-Time  

Role Overview  

Build and deploy agentic AI solutions that coordinate multiple agents, tools, and workflows to automate complex business processes at enterprise scale.  

Key Responsibilities  

• Design multi-agent architectures using agent orchestration frameworks.  

• Develop planning, reasoning, memory, and tool-use workflows.  

• Implement human-in-the-loop, approval, and governance mechanisms.  

• Build evaluation frameworks for reliability, safety, and business outcomes.  

• Deploy scalable agent runtimes on cloud platforms.  

• Work directly with business stakeholders to transform processes using AI agents.  

Required Skills  

Python, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI, orchestration frameworks, Kubernetes, event-driven architecture.  

Preferred Qualifications  

Experience with autonomous workflows, AI governance, observability, and production-scale agent deployments.  

Core Competencies
