Reporting Relationship:   Senior Project Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for AI Engineer with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. This role involves researching AI use cases, identifying business and technical challenges, and developing scalable AI-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python (or similar languages
•  Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.)
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
• Experience in developing and deploying AI models in production environments

• Experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Good To Have Skills:

• Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, or Recommendation Systems
• Experience working in cross-functional or global teams
• Ability to identify and translate business problems into AI solutions

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify AI use cases within the target industry
• Analyze business needs and identify potential challenges that can be solved using AI
• Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and solutions
• Identify technical challenges in AI solution development and propose effective solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals
• Continuously evaluate and improve model performance and scalability
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI technologies

Prerequisites:

• Qualification – B.Tech/MCA

• •   A minimum of 4-6 years’ AI experience in the IT industry
  • Problem-solving skills, analytical skills, and the ability to make decisions quickly
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
  • Self-driven with a passion for innovation and AI research
