AI Engineer

Mid- AI Engineer – Cost Methods - Mid | REMOTE

The Cost Methods, Tools & Data Solutions (CMTD) organization is seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions that enhance cost engineering capabilities across the organization.  

This role focuses on building production-grade AI systems that enable intelligent cost estimation, optimization, analysis and decision support. This includes building end-to-end AI pipelines, LLM-powered applications, and AI-assisted workflows integrated into enterprise platforms.  

YOUR ROLE

Focus on Mechanical and Physical Engineering. Develops competency in own area of expertise. Shares expertise and provides guidance and support to others. Interprets clients needs. Completes own role independently or with minimum supervision. Identifies problems and relevant issues in straight forward situations and generates solutions. Contributes in teamwork and interacts with customers.

• 
  Design , develop , and deploy scalable AI/ML models for cost engineering  
• Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion , feature engineering , model training, validation , deployment ).  
• Implement model monitoring , retraining , and performance optimization in production environments .  

YOUR PROFILE

• 
  Generative AI & LLM Applications  
• Design, Develop and deploy production-ready LLM-powered applications (e.g., copilots, chatbots, knowledge assistants) for cost engineering use cases.  
• Develop and implement LLM-based solutions using enterprise data sources.  
• Implement RAG architectures, vector databases, and multi-agent orchestration  
• AI/ML Solution Development
