AI Enablement Lead

Job Description Summary The AI Enablement Lead acts as the primary operational partner for the five AI Work Stream leaders. Your mission is to minimize administrative friction, standardize AI execution across the Power Conversion and Storage (PCS) business, and ensure that AI initiatives are tightly aligned with business priorities. You are the "lubricant" in the machine, ensuring that projects move from concept to deployment without being stalled by bureaucracy. Job Description

Job Description:

• Operational Standardization: Develop and implement standard work for AI projects, creating templates, project management rhythms, and reporting structures for the five work streams.
• Strategy Alignment: Translate top-level business strategy into actionable project portfolios, ensuring every AI initiative has clear, measurable productivity targets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Facilitate inter-departmental communication between P&Ls and functional leaders to break down silos and encourage the sharing of best practices and reusable code/models.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the progress of work streams, flagging roadblocks to the Head of AI and providing the necessary support to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in program management or digital transformation within complex industrial environments.
• Strong change management skills; ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of business process re-engineering and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, AI or Data Science or Equivalent.
