Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive AI & Automation Engineer to join our team focused on building, deploying, and supporting enterprise AI and conversational solutions. In this role, you will develop intelligent virtual agents, integrate them with enterprise systems, and deploy solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and Azure environments. You will contribute across the full solution lifecycle, from development and infrastructure configuration to testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Conversational AI Solutions: Build and maintain intelligent chat and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and related technologies.
• Build Enterprise Integrations: Integrate solutions with ServiceNow/ITSM, APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, JSON, authentication, webhooks, and custom connectors.
• Deploy AI Solutions: Configure and deploy AI solutions across Azure and client environments, including environment setup, networking, identity, and application configuration.
• CI/CD & ALM: Maintain deployment pipelines, source control, environment variables, connection references, and solution lifecycle across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform functional and integration testing and resolve complex application, deployment, and integration issues.
• Production Support: Provide technical support for releases, upgrades, deployment issues, and complex L3 incidents.
• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in software engineering, cloud, automation, or AI solutions.
• Outstanding English communication, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud application deployments.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience with scripting/programming using JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of CI/CD, Git, GitHub/GitLab, and application lifecycle management.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work within international, cross-functional teams.
