Administrator Logistics Operations (1 year contract)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Organize and monitor all shipments within the Asia Pacific region, including road, air, sea, and CEP shipments.
• Manage shipment notifications for transport forwarders and customer-appointed forwarders.
• Verify invoices from logistics service providers across the Asia Pacific region.
• Track and trace all inbound shipments within the Asia Pacific region.
• Handle shipment notifications for inbound shipments received from forwarders.
• Ensure all latest shipment details are accurately updated in SAP.
• Record and process transport complaints in SAP ERP.
• Coordinate with carriers, shipping agencies, trucking providers, warehouse providers, finance teams, and other interfaces.
• Monitor all incidental transportation costs.
• Submit claim settlement documentation to insurance companies for inbound shipments.
• Drive optimization and harmonization of logistics lead times for Asia Pacific inbound shipments.
• Define logistics network requirements relating to capacity, response times, and transit times.
• Handle project cargo movements within the Asia Pacific region and collaborate with project teams.
• Support logistics-related projects and rollouts through all implementation stages.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the superior that are related to the position.

Your Qualifications

• • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent specialization.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain management, or transport complaint handling is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of transportation processes and logistics administration preferred.
  • SAP knowledge is preffered 
  • Database knowledge (e.g., Access, SQL) is an advantage.
  • Business-level English communication skills is mandatory mandatory).
