Job Summary

Middleware Support Engineer - Microservices

Deploy and maintain Java microservices on Linux-based production servers\\\\r\\\\n• Practical understanding of Java microservices architecture and JVM configuration/management\\\\r\\\\n• Maintain production and staging environments by managing Linux file systems, user permissions, and access controls\\\\r\\\\n• Utilize Linux command-line tools to troubleshoot system issues, monitor logs, and automate routine operational tasks\\\\r\\\\n• Partner closely with software development teams to enhance deployment workflows and drastically reduce application downtime\\\\r\\\\n• Extensive knowledge in capacity optimization and performance tuning.\\\\r\\\\n• Collaborate with developers and DevOps teams for application integration workflow\\\\r\\\\n• Excellent collaboration skills, problem-solving mindset, and a strong desire to learn modern DevOps practices.\\\\r\\\\n• Handle large clustered middleware infrastructures efficiently.\\\\r\\\\n• Deep knowledge on vulnerability management and remediate vulnerabilities across various middleware products\\\\r\\\\n• Good knowledge of databases (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL)\\\\r\\\\n• Exposure to software deployment life cycles and infrastructure maintenance\\\\r\\\\n• Should have sound knowledge in ITIL processes incident management, change management, problem management and request management etc\\\\r\\\\n• Ability to guide / mentor other Administrators and troubleshoot issues\\\\r\\\\n• Providing 24 x 7 supports for all applications to ensure continuous availability.
