Adidas - Sales Associate (20 Hours)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Sales Associate (20 hours per week) 4 hour shifts over 5 days to join our Manchester team. This role requires strong weekday availability, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to support the business during key trading periods.

Purpose & Impact on the Organisation

Contribute to achieving and exceeding store sales and profit targets by:

• Inspiring consumer loyalty to the adidas brand.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences.
• Supporting the effective execution of daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI performance through outstanding customer service.
• Deliver the adidas Brand Customer Service standards consistently.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, demonstrating adidas values and behaviours.
• Use product and seasonal campaign knowledge to engage customers and maximise sales opportunities.
• Clearly communicate product features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation.
• Process stock deliveries efficiently and replenish the sales floor regularly.
• Complete till transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Support loss prevention by maintaining stock accuracy and following company procedures.
• Work safely and effectively in all areas of the business.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues and managers.
• Complete all assigned training and apply learning within the role.
• Continuously seek feedback and opportunities to develop performance.

Knowledge, Capabilities & Experience

• Passion for sport, fashion and the adidas brand.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team player with a positive and flexible attitude.
• Results-driven with an eagerness to achieve personal and store targets.

Minimum Qualifications

• Previous experience within a customer-facing retail environment is desirable.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts with good availability Monday to Friday.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
