Purpose:

An Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist at Revvity is responsible for managing the day-to-day processing of accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment of vendor invoices while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.


Responsibilities:

 Process vendor invoices, expense reports, and payment requests in a timely manner.

 Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

 Verify invoice accuracy, approvals, and proper account coding

 Enter invoice data into the financial system (likely SAP or similar ERP)

 Process payment batches and maintain payment records

 Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status

 Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

 Assist with month-end closing procedures

 Maintain accurate filing system for financial documents

 Support audit requirements by providing necessary documentation

 Identify opportunities for process improvements


Qualifications:

 Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)

 2+ years of accounts payable experience

 Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP experience preferred)

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

 Good communication skills

 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications

Basic English knowledge
