Job Description
At Unit4, we empower people in service organizations with innovative ERP solutions that simplify work and help people focus on what matters most.
We are looking for an Existing Business Account Manager to join our Public Sector team in Sweden. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and growing relationships within a portfolio of existing customers across local government, public agencies, higher education, and other public sector organizations.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, helping customers maximize the value of their Unit4 investment while identifying opportunities for expansion through additional solutions, services, and cloud transformation initiatives.
Working closely with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, and Product teams, you will play a critical role in driving customer retention, growth, and long-term partnership success.
What you will do
- Own and develop a portfolio of existing Public Sector customers across Sweden.
- Drive customer retention, renewals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer objectives and Unit4's growth strategy.
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, business leaders, finance, HR, and IT stakeholders.
- Lead commercial negotiations and manage opportunities through successful closure.
- Conduct regular business reviews and executive stakeholder engagements.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Solution Consulting, Professional Services, Marketing, and Partners.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally and contribute to continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management using MEDDPICC and best-practice sales methodologies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years working as an Account manager
- Experience managing and growing existing customer relationships.
- Public Sector experience
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at executive level.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
