Accenture Construct - Field Engineer, ANS
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.
At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.
You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.
Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next. Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Construct As Accenture continues to grow, you may see a variety of new career opportunities, and depending on the role and location you may be directed to apply through Accenture LLP or one of our other legal entities - Accenture Construct LLC or Accenture Construct Inc., with benefits varying by country and role, so please check with your recruiter for details.THE WORK:
- You’ll provide senior-level field engineering support during active construction, including earthwork, bridge and structural elements (viaducts, foundations, CIDH piles, retaining walls), roadway, utilities, and grade separation elements.
- You’ll review construction means and methods for compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and constructability, with particular focus on structural work and sequencing.
- You’ll understand how daily field activities impact critical path schedule, cost, risk, traffic handling, and public impacts and support resolution of field issues, conflicts, and unforeseen conditions with a solution-oriented mindset.
- You’ll identify potential downstream impacts early and proactively elevate issues to the RE/CM team.
- You’ll support coordination between design intent, construction execution, and contract requirements and assist with review of RFIs, submittals, structural shop drawings, change orders, and field directives.
- You’ll support quantity tracking, progress verification, and pay estimate documentation and maintain accurate field records, daily reports, and photo documentation.
- You’ll coordinate with inspectors, surveyors, utility owners, structural engineers of record, rail agencies (if applicable), and third-party stakeholders.
- You’ll participate in construction meetings and provide informed technical input and communicate clearly and professionally with contractor supervision and client representatives.
- You’ll support QA/QC processes and verification of work in place, particularly for structural concrete, foundations, and bridge elements.
- You’ll reinforce safety expectations and compliance with project safety plans and assist with compliance related to environmental commitments, traffic control, and public agency requirements.
- Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

- 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience in construction engineering or construction management.

- 10-15 years of experience in construction sequencing, means and methods, and contract documents.
- 10-15 years of experience with construction documentation systems and standard CM tools.

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
- The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
- You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
- AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
- Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
- Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
- Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
- Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
