#49821 First-Person (Egocentric) Video Data Collector

Join an innovative AI data collection project captured from a first-person perspective (egocentric) . You will record everyday household or commercial physical tasks using your smartphone secured on a head mount . Your recordings will directly contribute to training next-generation AI computer vision models.

Key Responsibilities

• Record real, active tasks in continuous sequence from start to finish while standing or walking (seated recordings not accepted) .

• Tasks include everyday residential activity (laundry, cleaning, tidying, plant care) or commercial work (warehouse, janitorial, maintenance) .

• Wear a smartphone attached to your forehead at eye level, angled ~45 degrees downward so hands, objects, and feet remain clearly visible .

• Ensure smooth, natural movements, excellent lighting, and steady 1080p+ landscape footage .

• Submit data directly via the designated recording app and complete task logs via your project portal .

Device & Technical Requirements

• Location: Must be physically located in Latin America (LATAM) .

• Compatible Smartphone (1080p+ Landscape Recording Required) :

  • Apple: iPhone 12 series or newer (excluding 16e/17e)

  • Samsung: Galaxy S21, S22, S23, S24 series

  • Google: Pixel 6, 7, 8, 9 series

• Equipment: A head-mounted phone strap or suitable head mount that holds the phone securely at eye level .

• Connectivity: High-speed internet connection for registration and automated video uploads .

• Language: Intermediate English (B1+) to follow detailed specifications and guidelines .

Unacceptable Content & Rejection Criteria

• Staged, simulated, robotic, or fake actions .

• Hands out of frame for more than 10% of active handling .

• Home cooking/recipe recordings (excluded task) .

• Portrait orientation, seated recordings, poor lighting, or shaky footage .

• Recording confidential documents, screens, or non-consenting individuals .

How to Apply & Access Project

1. Apply: Submit your application with your active email address .

2. Account Setup: You will receive credentials for an agency-managed our portal to review rules and submit proof of task completions .

3. App Registration: Download the designated  App, register using your matching email, enter the provided Organization Code, and complete device validation .

4. Start Recording: Record your daily tasks, allow auto-upload, and get paid for all validated, accepted hours .
